Prices and ordering
- For wholesale prices, please refer to the separate Wholesale Order Form.
- No MOQ for any orders.
- Prices may change at any time without advance notice.
- Delivery is charged in addition to order total. Please refer to the Wholesale Order Form for pricing.
- Orders will be shipped within 4 business days of receipt of payment. If an item is not in stock, or there will be a shipping delay for any reason, you will be promptly notified.
- Embalm Skincare takes no responsibility for any lost, damaged or opened parcels.
- Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank cheque, direct deposit or money order. Personal cheques are not accepted.
- Payment up front is required.
- All stockists are subject to an annual review.
Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
- Embalm Skincare is proud to offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee. Should a customer not be satisfied they are entitled to their money-back.
- We handle all warranty claims so that you can focus on the more important tasks of running a successful business.
- If a customer wishes to return our products under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the products must first be returned to our stockist with original receipt and reason for return.
- Refunds and replacements will not be provided for stock that was damaged by the delivery service, Retailer or customer.
