Summer means bikini body season

Eat good food
Make sure that you’re eating food that your body needs. Take a look at your diet and eliminate things in it that are really a no-no when it comes to getting summer-ready (chocolate, cake and so on). Essential fats for example, keep your skin refined and looking good. Include foods in your diet like avocados, nut butters and olive oil to get some essential fats.
Save your skin from dehydration and dryness over the summer months, by making sure you’re drinking plenty of water. If you’re not replacing water lost through sweat with some good old H2O, your skin will be rough and tight, and can peel and sometimes bleed if it cracks.
